Hi, I Am Daniel
My name is Daniel Sifrar, and I created Mit and Mold Property Inspections because I saw how overwhelmed homeowners felt when dealing with toxic mold issues, insurance requirements, inspections, and confusing reports. Most people are handed a document with no explanation—and expected to figure out what it means for their home or their premiums. I believe you deserve better.
With over 35 years of experience in Florida’s insurance inspection world, I focus on providing honest, clear, unbiased evaluations paired with personal guidance. I take the time to explain what I see, why it matters, and how insurers typically view each part of your report. My goal is to make the process less stressful and much easier to understand.
